The Institute

The IIN Difference

We are not your ordinary nutrition school.

  1. A holistic approach
We go beyond calories, carbs and fats, recognizing that no perfect way of eating works for everyone. It’s all about the individual and we look at how to simplify, slow down and create a life you love.
  2. Warm Up program
Every athlete knows-your warm-up determines the quality of your performance. As soon as you enroll, you will dive into the curriculum with our Warm Up program.
  3. Walk the talk
As you receive training to be a Health Counselor, you will learn to deconstruct cravings, try healthy recipes, reduce stress and incorporate exercise and self-care into your lifestyle.
  4. Around-the-clock support
No matter where you live, you will feel connected through our Online Education Forum. Students use the OEF to share recipes, get support around health concerns, discuss working with clients and strategize business development.
  5. Center of the universe
Our classes are held in New York City at the prestigious Lincoln Center. Students love the electricity of New York City and take advantage of Broadway shows, shopping and seeing the sights.
  6. Your time to shine
With the support of your individual Health Counselor, you will experience incredible personal growth.
  7. Earn while you learn
You will begin practicing health counseling with fellow students immediately, and start seeing clients halfway through the program. Our students take on paying clients while they are in school, and some even earn back their entire tuition before graduation.
  8. A free second year of school
Qualified graduates may attend our Immersion program, which is a free second year of advanced training, retreats and classes. Graduates benefit enormously from the second year of support from our inspiring community.
  9. Do work that you love
Our program opens the door to building a business that helps other people and is in alignment with your values. The result? Our graduates are making a huge difference by doing work that they love. Integrative Nutrition is not just a school, it’s a movement.
