Lilia is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is trained in all the diferent dietary theories, eastern and western nutrition, modern health issues, personal growth and development and health counseling. She is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.

Her mission is to teach, guide, motivate, coach, inspire, and empower motivated and committed individuals to transform their lives by making lifestyle changes.
